I add 1/4 tsp. cumin, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, and make sure to add plenty of lime juice and cilantro. It's delicious, and eaten over brown rice is super filling. It's my favorite vegetarian dish. If I have leftover rotisserie chicken I don't know what to do with, I'll throw that in, too. Don't heat it up--eat it cool.
